Our speech language pathology team begins services with a comprehensive speech-language evaluation, develops recommendations, and designs a specific treatment plan for reaching client and family goals. Speech therapy intervention improves several skill areas; including but not limited to: (list form) Speech sound errors & being understood, vocabulary and sentence expansion, auditory and visual comprehension, attention/focus, ability to answer questions, reading fluency and text comprehension, social skills, interactions with peers and community, organization and executive functioning, self confidence and self monitoring.
